January was...

...a month of snow and fun snow activities.  Here's one shot from New Year's Day (more photos to follow)...

January was hosting our friends Dan & Joey for a few days, with baby Joshua being the center of attention...

...watching his bath...

...and Selah always begging to hold him...

January was learning more about birds and providing treats for them...(Notice Selah's bulge in her belly?  Fairly common sight around here- I think that particular baby was "coming out in about 3 weeks or so")

Harder than you think to string popcorn and raisins...

January was runny noses- most of the days...

Can you find the Black-Capped Chickadee?

How about the Tufted Titmouse who sings, "Peter, peter, peter, peter" outside our door?

And a Junco (or snow bird) is peeking through the branches...

This guy is a Downy Woodpecker (I think)...

January was attending Uncle Daryl & Aunt Wendy's Gender-Reveal party for their expected little one (more pictures in a future post)...

And January was hosting Duane's staff holiday party (again, another post)...

And January was yet another party, this time Isaiah & Alexander's (with more pictures to come)...

January ended with a full week off school- why?  The teacher was sick.
