VBS added some excitment...

This past week we held Vacation Bible School at our church. It was enjoyable and rewarding, but also very busy. Duane taught the oldest class (while still working full-time) and I helped out with the youngest class (while still mothering full-time:-)); so now the whole family is ready to have Daddy & Mommy home a bit more often!

Isaiah Gets a Bite

Hey, folks! It's Isaiah here with my coaches. Selah and Judah are teaching me how to eat since they've graduated from baby cereal school months ago...

I'm almost 6 months, so Mommy said I could start, especially since I want to nurse less than every two hours when I'm awake, and Mommy said that's too much. She always knows what's best, I guess! Here's my first bite...

And my first drink...

Another activity I really enjoy is scootching across the room by doing hip bridges, pushing my body forward while I lie on my back. The other way I get across a room is with my sister rolling me across while my mother repeats in the background, "gentle, Selah, gentle."
