December's Visit from Grandpa & Grandma

It had been a while since my parents visited.  So it was extra special.  It was 'Grandparents Day' at school, spring cleaning and handy-man service all in one package!

We took a field trip with them to the American Museum of Natural History, and almost got eaten by a bear's skull...

Since were studying Native Americans last fall, we let the kids take their own pictures of some of the displays.  Here's a wigwam model...

And we ended our trip gazing at the mighty dinosaurs.  What fun imagining Adam & Eve riding on one of these giant creatures.  So what do you think: will dinosaurs be in heaven?  The kids would like to know.
