Apple Story Hour

Yesterday was story hour at our house, and the theme was apples. After reading books with the 3-4 year-olds (and one almost 3-year-old), we had apples for snack...
And then painted apple trees with our fingers...
Even Isaiah made a tiny tree, of which he is very proud...

And then they all made their own apple pie... what fun!
Silas, very intent on getting the dough just right...

And after the pies were completed, there was enough leftover dough to squish and nibble!
