September Was...

...filled with sunshine and the beginning of all things fall.  Time for an annual apple pick!

One for me, one for you...
 Who loves apple picking?
 "ME!!!"
Asher spots his prize apple...
 Anybody have some arrows?
A nice couple posing amongst the trees...
Two gigglers enjoying their free ride...
Tougher than it looks, right, Isaiah?
Hmmm, looks incredibly easy...

And September is also a great month for visiting Foster Fields, a historical working farm...

Selah supporting 2 girlies getting a closer view of the pig...

Alexander hanging out with his two girl cousins...

Practicing milking with the wooden cow who won't kick over her bucket...

A real, live, friendly calf to pet...

Pumping water for the garden...

Hmmm, Hannah, the plants need water, not your shoes!

Serious gardening...

More water needed for the laundry...

Learning the old fashioned trick of laundry by hand...

Now that's a big horse!

Judah trying his hand at grinding corn...

Silas at the butter churn...

Asher manning the tractor...

Looks like Jacob and Silas have the reigns on this horse...

And September was celebrating Daddy's birthday.  7 candles for 37 years, delivered by a 7-year-old...

Daddy with his girls...

...and boys too!

Look what we made for you!
