Yesterday we visited 'Uncle' JJ in our state prison. JJ is a Christian inmate and has been part of our 'family' for several years, and this visit was the first time he could meet and hold Isaiah (last time Isaiah was in the womb:-). We (with Paul & Carol) are currently working on editting and publishing the second edition of his book, so if you are interested we will post a link in a couple months to a new blog just for his book.
Visiting a prison with 3 little ones is an adventure in itself (long trip included), but the children all did well, and especially Isaiah gave Uncle JJ all the affection JJ could soak up in an hour and a half.
